SCOPE
Full component library · All breakpoints · 100+ market and language sites
I OWNED
The full component library, end to end, through stress-testing and final approval
The challenge
KPMG Global's website refresh demanded a component library elevated enough to carry a new identity, and disciplined enough to survive 100+ market and language sites without breaking under content nobody had stress-tested yet.
What I did
Designed and rebuilt the component library end-to-end: 30+ components inspected, redesigned, and expanded into complete sets, with every breakpoint, authoring scenario, and language accounted for before approval. Each component was stress-tested against accessibility, engineering build standards, and content flexibility so authors could compose any layout without breaking it.
The outcome
Components live across 100+ sites, with design integrity intact years after launch.
TL;DR
A global firm mid-rebrand has a deceptively hard design problem: new components that feel editorial and distinctly KPMG, yet survive every market, every language, and every content length its hundred-plus sites will throw at them. I led design on the component library for the kpmg.com redesign, taking it from style guide to stress-tested and approved across all breakpoints and markets. Years after launch, the components are still live and the design integrity has held.
My takeaway — and what that means for you
