Pfizer

ROLE
Design Lead · Via Publicis Sapient
TIMELINE
Year-long engagement · 2024
Team
Led a senior and two junior designers alongside a Creative Director, partnering directly with Pfizer's marketing stakeholders.
SCOPE
Two dashboard experiences · enterprise platform integration · WCAG-compliant
I OWNED
End-to-end UX, from initial brainstorm through product and engineering collaboration, client presentation and feedback, iteration, and shipped final designs
The challenge
Give Pfizer's marketing teams reliable, at-a-glance visibility into campaigns, projects, and performance, in one place they could trust.
What I did
Led end-to-end UX on a centralized dashboard experience built around two principles: data integrity as a design constraint, and progressive disclosure that serves quick scanners and deep investigators from the same views.
The outcome
A real-time, WCAG-compliant dashboard experience built for trust at a glance, with reusable components built for what comes next.
TL;DR
Enterprise marketing operations generate more data than answers, and a dashboard only earns its place when people trust it enough to stop checking elsewhere. I led end-to-end UX on a centralized marketing dashboard experience for Pfizer: a real-time view of projects, tasks, and campaign performance, designed so that precision, completeness, and clarity did the work marketers were doing by hand.
My takeaway — and what that means for you
